Are reservations needed?
Yes. Reservations are needed on all of our walking tours here in London due to limited space. Please follow this link or phone 078.8233.8779 to make your booking.

Is there a child or student price?
No. There is no child or student price on any of our walking tours.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for a full refund. If you do not cancel in time or miss the tour for any reason, we'll gladly reschedule you on another available tour anytime for up to a year. If you can't make it, it is a good idea to email us ahead of time.

Does this tour run all year round?
Our Classic London Walking Tour runs at 5pm on every Saturday between 1 April and 14 May, on Friday, Saturdays and Mondays between May 15 and September 15, and on Saturdays between September 16th and October 31st. If you and your group wish to take the tour during November, December, January, February or March please phone or email.

How strenuous is the walking?
On The Classic London Tour and London Under Attack Tour we walk about 3 miles in two hours with regular stops. So while the walking is certainly not strenuous, these things are relative and so you must be comfortable with the idea of a good urban amble to enjoy the tour.

What happens if it rains?
We run tours rain or shine. In fact we find tours in the rain to be a different kind of fun and an even more fun memory! If you have a reservation and the weather is really bad, you are welcome to reschedule the tour for any other day for up to year.

Where are the meeting points for your walking tours?
Our Classic London Walking Tour meets just outside the exit of Tower Hill Tube Station which is on the District and Circle lines. You will see your guide holding a sign or our brochures.

Where does the tour end?
The Classic London Tour ends at Waterloo Station.

Do we go inside the sights?
On the Classic London and London Under Attack Tours we do not go in the sites as the tours offer an overview of the sites and more about getting a feel for the city. However, on private tours you can arrange to take extra time at the sites if you'd like to go inside.

Will we be able to take photos?
Yes of course, we make sure that our guests photographic impulses can be entirely satisfied on our walking tours.

Will there be anywhere to store bags and luggage?
No, there are no luggage storing facilities for any of our walking tours.

Can children come on your walking tours?
Children are welcome on both our Classic and London Under Attack Walking Tours as long as the 3 mile walk will not be an issue (in our experience it isn't). There is no price difference between children and adults on our walking tours..

What food and drink is included on this tour?
On the Classic London Walking Tour we finish the tour at London's best old school Fish and Chips joint! Included is a traditional fish and chips meal consisting of battered cod, deep fried fat chips, home made tartar sauce, pickles and a soft drink or cup of tea or coffee.

What if I have special food requirements?
If you have special food requirements we will do our best make sure we can provide you with something appropriate but please phone ahead of the tour so that we can discuss your needs.
